We are members of The Daytona Beach Multiple Listing Service, New Smyrna Multiple
Listing Service, West Volusia Multiple Listing Service and Realist for Volusia and Flagler.
We use the Planet Realtor tm web site, and as members, we can access data on other
member MLS systems around Florida.
We have a HUD / FHA approved state certified residential appraiser on staff. See our

A Real Value Appraisal uses as needed GPS mapping, online Map point , Pictometry
aerial oblique photography, ACI Software and Transamerica Flood Hazard Certification
for FEMA data and flood maps, Nikon digital photography, Laser measuring devices (we
do use a tape sometimes) and other resources to provide a high quality Appraisal Report.
We also use the resources of The Volusia County Tax Appraiser, Volusia Clerk of
Courts, and other research sources such as our professional relationships and affiliations.
We have a staff appraiser that has lived in Volusia County Florida since 1972 (5th grade)
giving a long term perspective on the area.
ACI appraisers choice software provides us with all the standard home appraisal forms
1004, 2055, Condo 1073, a large assortment of bank, lender & rent appraisal forms.
Plus a number of GPAR forms for individual, investor, estate and personal client use.
